The Mission Creek Players (MCP) exists to allow directors, actors and technical artists the opportunity to explore their art with traditional, classical and experimental theatre. Anyone can propose to direct or produce a play for our season. We encourage artists to get involved in current productions to get to know how the group works. We are all passionate about the art forms of theatre.

Come Play With Us!
We are always looking for individuals who would like to pick up a hammer, construct costumes, run lights, or any of the other avenues for exploration in the theatre arts. You are welcome to come be involved in any capacity, although you will have a better chance at directing if you have been involved in another of our productions in some other capacity. We are a community, so come jump in and get to know us! Feel free to send us an email or call for more information on getting involved.
Voting for the Board or Becoming a Board Member
It only costs $10 annually to be a member of MCP and be eligible to vote for the Board (membership fee must be paid within the 12 months prior to the vote, which usually takes place in May). You may ask for a waiver of the fee in lieu of time spent working on a production. Please request a waiver form by contacting us through the contact page.
If you would like to be a board member and be part of shaping the future of MCP, you must be a member as stated above as well as have attended at least two (2) Board meetings within the 12 months prior to the vote (which usually takes place in May). Board Meetings take place the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Pressroom Theatre.
